Transec-MF Tablets are effective for menorrhagia, haemorrhage, and menstrual pain. The combination of Tranexamic Acid and Mefenamic Acid works synergistically to reduce heavy menstrual bleeding, enhance blood clotting, and relieve uterine cramps. It is also helpful in prophylaxis of perimenstrual migraine headache.
